All my textile materials are sourced secondhand. Each of these pre-loved shirts is washed, examined for quality, hand-pressed with my custom design, cured and washed again.
The clothes are then measured and sized according to my own size chart for consistency, and finished off with a Jacquelyn Creates tag that is ironed flat for sensory comfort.

The term ‘fruity’ has a history of being a derogatory term used to describe gay men or people with mental illness. The term has since been reclaimed by the LGBTQ+ community and is used in a positive light. I proudly use this term to describe myself, and hand make these printed tees as a way for queer people to indicate their identity, find community in a subtle way, and express themselves with positivity.
